Dear TechRochester Members and Friends,
As the year draws to a close, I’m filled with gratitude for the incredible achievements we’ve accomplished together in 2024. This year has been one of innovation, collaboration, and growth for TechRochester, thanks to the dedication and passion of our TechRochester Board and vibrant community.
In November, we celebrated the spirit of giving through our Workforce Development Scholarship campaign, and your support has been inspiring. Together, we’re investing in the future of our region by empowering the next generation of tech talent. Thank you for making a difference.
As we look ahead to 2025, I’m thrilled to share that we’ll be celebrating a milestone: TechRochester’s 25th anniversary! This is an incredible opportunity to reflect on our history, honor the leaders who paved the way, and envision the future of tech innovation in Rochester. We’re already planning an exciting slate of events and initiatives to commemorate this special year. I hope you will find some time to join us throughout the year!
In addition to TechRochester celebrating 25 years, so will our signature event – The Technology Woman of the Year Awards. We have recognized exceptional females in Technology for a quarter of a century, and 2025 will be a milestone for this Award celebration. Nominations are now open and I encourage you to submit one today!
Before we turn the page, let’s take a moment to celebrate what we’ve achieved this year. From hosting impactful events like The Micron Journey – A New York Tech Corridor Story to our wildly successful AGILE Connect Rochester Conference, and recognizing excellence in our tech community at the Technology Woman of the Year Awards, and GREAT Awards, 2024 has been a year of impact and momentum.
As we prepare for the holiday season, I encourage you to pause, recharge, and celebrate the moments that matter most with family and friends. Let’s carry this year’s energy into 2025, continuing to innovate, connect, and elevate Rochester’s tech ecosystem together.
