Susan is an eDiscovery subject matter expert and an evangelist for the advancement of technology in the legal profession. She works with enterprise corporations and law firms to maximize efficiencies that enable the delivery of quality legal services through technology and teams. As the President of TechRochester, her goal is to foster a sense of community by inspiring and empowering the Region’s tech companies to engage with our organization. Susan is charged with growing TechRochester through our established Pillars: Collaboration, Connection, Celebration and being a Trusted Resource.

Dylan James Famolaro is a Sales Manager at iSECURE and focuses on a consultative client approach in cybersecurity industry. His previous experience is in the finance and insurance sector. Dylan enjoys active in the Rochester community and educating, growing, and giving back to the local technology community. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and paddleboarding.

Aleksandar Nikolic is a corporate and intellectual property attorney, admitted to practice law in New York and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Aleksandar has worked with a diverse group of clients including startups and small businesses, research institutions, and publicly traded companies to help them obtain, protect, and commercialize their intellectual assets. His practice includes all aspects of patent, trademark, and copyright law, and he works with startups on a variety of business issues. Aleksandar is the Chair of the Monroe County Bar Association Technology and Law Committee.

Meghan Plate is a higher education professional with a knack for connecting people. She currently serves as the Assistant Director of the Education Core of UR Health Lab. She is passionate about higher education, accessibility, the practice of mentorship, transdisciplinary research/projects, dismantling hierarchy, and how tech plays into various aspects of higher ed. She holds a BA from Nazareth College and a Master of Arts degree in American Studies from The George Washington University, and will happily read anything put in front of her.

As the Director of Product Management at ITX, he oversees the development and implementation of company-wide product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical capabilities. With over 20 years of product leadership experience, he has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results across multiple organizations in Scaled Agile software development environments. He leads full-stack product Scrum teams, managing cross-functional collaboration, portfolio planning, risk mitigation, and product launch execution. He is a tireless advocate for user-centric design, crafting transformative learning experiences. Also, he is a lifelong learner, holding an MBA and a BFA, and an Adjunct Professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he teaches, sharing his insights and best practices with the next generation of product professionals. His mission is to make an indelible impact on technology and design, empowering high-performing teams with ambitious, mission-driven goals in the ever-evolving product innovation landscape.

Dr. Kathleen Fear is the Director of Data & Analytics for the UR Health Lab at the University of Rochester Medical Center. The UR Health Lab is the health system’s digital health incubator and is transforming the way data science is being used in medicine by developing novel tools that capture new data streams, analyze previously unseen patterns and enable health care providers to provide individualized treatments that are more responsive, effective and precise. Dr. Fear leads a team of data analysts, data scientists, and clinicians to leverage big data and artificial intelligence to develop new clinical decision support systems and improve the care delivered in our community.

David Peck is a Team Lead with Fast Tracking Solutions. Utilizing his 9 years of experience in recruiting across multiple industries and verticals he has developed strong relationships in the area and has provided top talent to help his clients when needed. His experience in the industry has given him the ability to recognize the challenges local companies face when trying to attract and retain employees in an ever changing environment. He has a true understanding for the importance of delivering talent that spans beyond a specific skill set. David is passionate about educating clients on how to put themselves in the best possible position to grow their teams for the future. David resides in Irondequoit with his wife and 2 young children.

Jennifer Sertl, an acclaimed strategy consultant and social media influencer, is the president and founder of Agility3R, a company focused on enhancing leadership through resilience, responsiveness, and reflection. With her extensive expertise, Sertl co-authored notable works including Strategy Leadership and the Soul and Upstate Founders Playbook and was recognized by Hatch A Better World as one of the top 100 innovative thinkers in 2013. In addition to her leadership roles, she contributes her strategic insights as the Director of Marketing at Circle Optics, the pioneer behind the only seamless 360 imaging system camera, aimed at revolutionizing robotics and aerospace safety. Through her influential role at Circle Optics, Sertl champions the integration of advanced panoramic camera technology to ensure the autonomy and safety of terrestrial and airborne systems.

Raised in Harlem, NYC, Yasmin Mattox moved to the Rochester area after earning her Bachelor’s degree from Alfred University, recognizing the promise of the Greater Rochester area for young professionals.

Trained in the social sciences, specifically Political Science and then International Affairs, Mattox is an interdisciplinary professional and entrepreneur who has worked in the legal, mental health, renewable energy (hydrogen fuel cell), consulting, and higher education fields. She now serves as Director at University of Rochester’s Barbara J. Burger iZone, a programming and services hub that helps student innovators and changemakers accelerate the positive impact they have in the world, often starting with the communities closest to them.

Mattox is an active member of the community, assisting civic and cultural organizations such as Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Rochester Chapter, as Vice President, TechRochester as Member at Large, Rochester Police Foundation as Secretary, and others, both within and outside of the Greater Rochester area.

Greg, hailing from Rochester, NY, brings over two decades of IT expertise spanning various roles, across diverse companies. Currently, he oversees the Enterprise Project Office and serves as a Senior Enterprise Portfolio Manager at Paychex. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from SUNY Fredonia, and furthered his education with a Master’s in Software Engineering from Brandeis University. Beyond his professional life, Greg enjoys exploring his passions for food, trail running, golfing, and cherishing moments with his family.
