Kate Vitti oversees the Enterprise Project Management discipline at Wegmans Food Markets. She is a native of Rochester, having attended Fairport High School and then went onto earn her degree in Statistics & Biometry from Cornell University. Kate is known as an innovative, detailed-oriented Senior Level Manager with over 20 years of strategic and tactical experience leading major technology and large-scale business projects and programs across numerous applications. She is especially focused on people development and enjoys ensuring everyone feels they are a key part of the success on major initiatives. Kate’s diverse knowledge and strong presentation ability, coupled with excellent process management, continuous improvement and planning skills, has led to a reputation as a senior manager who utilizes innate leadership and relationship management qualities to contribute results to the corporate bottom line.
Kate also enjoys learning about innovative technology solutions that achieve optimal results! When not at work, she is passionate about spending time with family and friends, volunteering, and is especially proud of her three daughters who are 16, 15 and 11 years old. Her hobbies include walking, travelling, and trying out new recipes or restaurants to enjoy with her family!
