Leveraging 20 years of experience as a results oriented customer and project delivery professional, Lisa is accountable for all aspects of project execution including talent alignment and product delivery. Lisa creates a positive customer experience and maximizes client satisfaction through her high standard of excellence. She has unparalleled expertise in Business Process, Integration and as a System Migration manager.
Lisa has numerous accomplishments throughout her professional career. Among them, Lisa leads EagleDream’s Project Management Office, managing a team of nine direct reports. In her time at EagleDream, Lisa has managed various IT projects including Data Lakes, website migrations and rebuilds, and software application development. Lisa is a well-respected member of EagleDream’s leadership team, and in 2018 served as interim CIO for Monro Inc. leading various strategic projects including the onboarding of new resources and the development of their project management office.
Prior to joining EagleDream Technologies, Lisa worked for PAETEC for 12 years, where she led Operations, Customer Support, Project and Billing Development teams though process improvements, automation and mergers while delivering world class customer service.
Lisa received her B.S. in Political Science and Public Administration from SUNY Geneseo, and enjoys officiating swim competitions and boating with her husband and daughter.
