Meghan Plate is a higher education professional with a knack for connecting people. Currently a Program Manager at the University of Rochester’s Ain Center for Entrepreneurship, she manages the Center’s advising and mentorship programs, oversees two competitions, and works on intercollegiate initiatives. Since joining the Ain Center, she has contributed to grant proposals, assisted with strategic planning, and co-founded the Ain Team, a student ambassador program designed to foster an entrepreneurial community at UR. Her most recent projects have involved working with teams from the University of Rochester Medical Center. She holds a BA from Nazareth College and a Master of Arts degree in American Studies from The George Washington University and will happily read anything put in front of her.
